Marina made her film debut with a small, uncredited role in Lucio Fulci’s 1976 adult comedy La Pretoria (My Sister In Law), starring Edwige Fenech. Later, in 1976, Marina played a minor role in Emmanuelle in America, starring in her first hardcore scene. Marina appeared on the RAI show Carosello and posed for the Italian edition of Playboy Magazine.

In 1979, she starred in Joe D’Amato’s translation of “La Religieuse,” “Immagini di un convento” (“Images in a Convent”).
